I had a wonderful experience here after my car dying on the side of the road. I had it towed here while I stayed comfortably in my home and they were diligent, kind, and knowledgeable. I would go as far as saying they went above and beyond for me. They mentioned the parts they provided have a lifetime warranty and topped off fluids as a courtesy. I didn’t have an auto shop in the area, but I certainly do now!

Horrible service from front desk service. You asked for details and here they are: I made an appointment and arrived on time, only to be told by the front desk that I would have to wait 90 minutes before anyone could even see me. I asked what the point of making an appointment was if I still had to wait an hour and a half. Her response was essentially that appointments only guaranteed I’d eventually be seen, and that walk-ins might not get in at all—even though I watched multiple walk-in customers arrive while I was there. I explained that my tire might not even have an issue and asked if someone could take a quick look to determine whether a full evaluation was necessary. The front desk representative refused outright, saying “absolutely not.” After waiting the full 90 minutes, I went back to the desk, only to discover she had completely forgotten about me. Instead of apologizing, she told me there was never any guarantee of when I’d be seen and that I simply had to keep waiting. I again asked whether someone could take 30 seconds to inspect the tire before I wasted even more time, and she refused a second time. Exceptional service! I have been coming here forever. I trust them fully with my car. Every time I came here with an issue, it was resolved immediately and saved me lots of money. The team here is THE BEST! Great customer service, they always greets you with a smile and they explain everything before doing a job. Thank You Firestone!!! U always put my mind at ease.

I had a nail in my tire and stopped by Firestone for help. Ahmed was friendly and professional, and he was able to get it patched up without an appointment in a couple of hours. I walked over to Journal Square while I waited, which was convenient.

Great service as always! Paris & Jim (Manager) are very personable and knowledgeable. They addressed my automotive problem in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. Paris advised me to get the “lifetime” wheel alignment which in the long run of my car will be worth the value. IMHO ask him about it and you will find the warranty is worth it with the road hazards in NJ. Firestone is the place to go for fast, 7 days a week service you can trust!
